Objective:

Analyze customer event data and create a dashboard that highlights user engagement trends through event frequency and type to measure customer health and anticipate churn risk or likelihood of a sales convert. Ideally, I wanted to analyze which user to contact for product discounts or offers based on their event count.

• Total Event Count per User
• Event Frequency Distribution
• Event Type Breakdown

Key Insights:

• High event counts correlate with lower churn and vice versa.
• The most active users are likely to engage.
